Back in 2013, I was invited by a Rotarian friend to join him with his involvment in a Shoebox Project in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. This project initiative was overseen at that time by the Pantano Rotary Club located in Tucson, Arizona. After careful consideration by researching everything about this project and the relationship between Arizona and Sonora, the decision was to attend. Upon returning to Toronto from my third mission to Tucson and Nogales with my youngest son in January 2016, this was now the time to open a new business. Next, was the debate to select the name branding for this new business initiative. In fact, the word association with Arizona became interesting. Having Arizona in the business branding for me was important. However, at the same time, it was also important to be distinctive in branding name from others.
My very creative younger son at my helm, we went with Arizona nam, but dropped the last letter a to read Arizon instead. Being a fan of the rock band ZZ Top, I thought why not make it Arizzon. As the domain arizzon.com was already in use, then we decided to brand the business Arizzon Capital. Many times it just comes down to the word smithing effort to create your brand name. The ability to contrast a branding name that differentiate from others is a good thing.
Having performed my due diligence through the Arizona Corporation Commission website, it was now time for the process to start up my new business. The Arizzon Capital name was reserved then subsequently approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission. Next, was to incorporate and to select a statutory agent to complete the process for final approval. Arizzon Capital now became a registered corporation under statue by the Arizona Secretary of State.
